Hey Tanh, In regards to the most challenging aspect of getting zoning approved for large projects, I would have to say overcoming community opposition and developing an effective community engagement strategy can be one of the largest hurdles, at least on the West Coast.

This would only occur if the husband is engaging in business practices that by their nature are designed for the very purpose of escaping personal liability.

You want to engage him inside the house and not outside.
