@Stephen Brown congrats on getting the deal done.While this deal is still fresh in your head, I encourage you to write down what went right with the deal and more importantly, focus on area that didn't go as you anticipated.Before going under contract on the next asset, adjust your DD timeline accordingly.

I have also set up two open house viewings, and have encouraged the potential tenants to fill out the application prior and hand it in and pay the day of the viewing if they decide they like the property.
