Thanks for the information Travis, Yea it seems like the high taxes and insurance premiums are going to make this less desirable. i appreciate your input. 

I'm on the do not call list and I ask them repeatedly to remove me from their contact list but at this point I'm wondering if they're just saying that company to hide who they're really working for. 

I thought about buying a non developed lot in cash, subdividing it, clean it (take out trees and bushes), get permits, and start building 1 property sell it and then build the second one...The problem is that I am afraid of going this route because of messing with sewer, water, electricity...

First there is no pictures of people or who this company is.

Let me know if this makes sense.

I've considered this, but would prefer to invest in a market with more landlord-friendly laws & a lower barrier to entry.
