I am assuming the OP is hoping people contact him through the messages so that he can hit them up for moneyoffer to let them invest in his billion dollar idea.

If it sounds like a variation is not likely to be approved, talk with your gov. contact about the possibility of requesting an amendment to the text of their zoning regulations.

I would chime in also that when you officially convert your place into a rental remember you need to contact your insurance agent regarding landlord insurance.

A fingerprint card may be obtained from the Department of Business and Professional Regulation by contacting the Customer Contact Center at (BP won't allow me to post the tel#- I'll message to you). 

They would not contact the homeowner, not look up any information on the property, not represent me in any way merely report a house on 123 Main Street looks to be vacant.

I would also advise contacting mobile home companies within your state and ask their opinion regarding any other concerns you have.
