With the amount of new tech companies entering the RE industry, I wanted to reach out to the community to see if there's a property management platform that beats out all the rest.

A Sponsor that has a CRE services platform will have a solid reputation with brokers, sellers, financial partners and managers in the markets in which they invest and they will leverage those relationships for efficiencies and deal sourcing.  

I am in the same spot - don't want to call into question my day job performance by overly promoting my side hustle real estate deals, but would love to use the LinkedIn platform.

Hi @Avi Levi, the most important point is researching both markets using the real estate platforms out there and talking with separate individuals.

We are always looking for good help at NestEgg a property management platform which is based out of Chicago.

On this platform I am able to search any town, neighborhood or address and it will give me a map of all the houses nearby.

Does anyone in the Tulsa, OK area have experience with this platform that could give me a quick tutorial or provide guidance?

Many of them are on this platform.

But we don't want this to be a platform for which to sell our products/services.We would like to have 50 people in the meet up by the end of 2020.
