Even at the upscale end of the spectrum, a $1,000/night mansion that can host 20 people is only $50/night/person, something a bunch of wild college kids on spring break can easily afford once a year.

I'm unable to invest in South Florida because it's the wild wild west down here...a $725K house went pending 40 mins after being published on the MLS this week and that's becoming the norm. 

Your goals are set up to where even if you dont hit them or if it takes you longer, you will be wildly successful if you keep chasing them.

I inquired further and its a medium sized dog and their fried would be coming over to stay the night one to two times a month. although I wouldn't have any issues with a one time thing, I'm not wild about the reoccurring aspect of this request.
