This way, you can have a small equity security blanket if the market shifts, and/or sell the property for a nice gain if the market continues to appreciate. 

I'm coming up on the first renewal so we'll see how that goes but so far, the first buy has been a nice winner.

Hello everyone...I just attended the NEREIA in Chelmsford Ma last night....Wow...a lot of people showed up...very nice atmosphere...very informative...Im not going to lie, I was a bit hesitant in speaking with people there...I have absolutely no experience..but I know I need to hammer down and just do it.....I need to emerse myself in it...Thinking about starting to wholesale..I need to know bout p/s agreement , assigning, etc....anybody have any suggestions would love to pick ur brain...
