I found this cool website for Michigan, I thought I would share it in case anyone else needs it.

About a year ago, when I finished one of my duplexes, I searched all over for websites to list my units, and these never even crossed my screen.  

I came across an article involving the website and I gained so much knowledge in such little time and wanted to become more involved in the community of "BiggerPockets, Inc." 

They're my favorite part of the website and they allow you to learn while you drive !

Zillow.com is a good source your self research but do not solely depend on Zillow because some numbers are vague but you can find almost everything on that website.

I think I saw something on the meetup website about a "flipping for charity" event sometime very soon?

Hudhomestore.com is also a good, accurate free website for keeping track of hud homes available.  

This website is pretty helpful but I was wondering if it's someone out there who wouldn't mind helping my boyfriend and I and leading us to the right people and right path to start our journey successfully wholesaling and learning the ropes about other real estate goals as we progress!
