Who are your preferred custodian or provider of accounts for solo 401k or self-directed IRA. 

I’m using equity trust company to handle my self directed HSA account and purchased a house last week with seller financing and I have a triplex that we bought and the financing is through someone else’s self directed Ira account and equity trust company.

Any recommendations on an IRA custodian?

Opening a self directed IRA for the first time to be able to use IRA funds to invest in RE (closing my first land deal as we speak), and wondering if anyone has experience with either New Direction Trust Co in Louisville, CO or Equity Trust Co in Westlake, OH.

I have been doing some research  on IRAs, but at this point my eyes are starting to cross.

Does anyone have a self-directed IRA (SDIRA) custodian that has especially low fees for the quarterly or yearly maintenance?  

I am looking for a highly recommended Self directed IRA custodian.

I believe I want to purchase some real estate using a Checkbook IRA.   

What’s the best company to work with to open a self-directed IRA?

My Custodian is telling me that I can pay their fees with funds from outside my IRA.
