Since its opening in April of last year, it has brought 400,000 more visitors to Montgomery.

I have a 23 unit condo building in Chicago, and I currently own 22 out of the 23 units with the intention of buying out the last unit.

To me it would depend on if it was the last place they lived which would then make it a hard pass to me or if it was a couple of places ago where I would then probably consider it.

One last thing regarding the 59.5 concerns.

Hey Logan, Cleveland is a great market to focus on for cash flow and specific pockets have gone up 2x and upwards of 4x in the last 5-10 years even!

In Jackson Mississippi  South Jackson to be specific I have funded well over 500  props there and more than 10 I have funded 2 to 3 times over the last 20 years although I am not longer doing deals in South Jackson as I don't want to encourage out of state investors into those super high risk areas.
