We finally completed all of the rough-in work, moving walls to add a master bathroom and indoor laundry, and fixing the never-ending list of broken things that need repair on this 60 year old home in VERY VERY HOT Cathedral City, CA.

The units could EASILY be rented for $550-$600 even without the minor upgrades and central heat/air units that I'm going to install (all of them currently have AC and gas heaters.)

If the wires get cut in the ceiling, baseboard heaters usually get installed rather than trying to fix the broken wires.
