I'm setting up an introductory call this Friday to discuss.

This seems to be where most developments get tripped up, and it all happens before you ever get to construction.All that being said, local meetups and/or REIA meetings may be the best place to meet people doing what you want to.  

I have purchased half duplex in Connecticut a year ago (home price seems to be up 10% since i purchased). 

As a first time home buyer, you have financing options that allow as little as 3.5-5% down payment for multi-family properties up to 4 units.

Like they said ^^^^^..... go on AbNb anbd VRBO sites and look up simiar competition in the same area.

Although I’m based in Burlington, Canada, I love keeping up with trends and insights from across the real estate market.

It is a beautiful area but because of the zoning and rules up there it would be difficult for the area to "blow up" and have a ton of new growth.

Hoping to make some connections and attend some meet ups in Northern Austin if anyone knows about any.Regards,Jim
