My bosses are making the trip down to Orlando for it as well and at the same time I will be working the booth at our own local Home Expo so I am very excited. 

It baffles me / trips my spidey senses that they have a budget, but no real time frame.  

And I have a trip planned for a couple weeks from now; I can't get out there any sooner.

I will be making a trip out there in a couple of weeks to visit the area.

I live / invest in NE Ohio and can't comment on Denver other than it's the starting point for a lot of ski and motorcycle trips for me.My folks live in Sarasota and I'm down there a couple times per year and there is a ton of different construction projects going on everywhere you look and the flippers seem to be very busy!

It's right next to Lake Michigan (I can see the lake from my room), the bus stop is right in front of my doorstep and the train is only a 7 minute walk.

Over the winter i had plugged in two very small space heaters and it tripped the electrical box twice.

It so happened I needed cash to sell at that time, so I sold at the peak for $4,000 and financed my college trip to Europe and a semester studying Architecture in London. 

I assume the breaker tripping is a symptom of the actual problem, which the tech would have known if he had stuck around.
