from what I have read is the Arkansas is one of the most landlord friendly.Oregon just passed state wide rent control.. but it really moot as it allows raising of rents higher than what the market will bear anyway.. so for non pay events its not a state were the folks can squat for months or a year like some others.we just got a eviction done yesterday on a hold over ( we own the house they were suppose to move) filed in first week of December trial yesterday order to move out by Jan 24.
