But that's a little different than me looking to by the Taco Bell that has 12 years left on their triple net lease on a high traffic corner.

unfortunately....no. it's a regular subdivision, but it's on a main road, so there's lots of traffic, which was a little challenging to rent it. that's why i want to keep the tenants as long as possible..i wish i could buy them out..

@Jamie Greenberg  Having moved from SD to the Springs last June, I can tell you the air is much cleaner, traffic is tollerable, and the people are friendlier.
