Keep in mind just needing to replace the roof one time within the next 10 years or so could wipe out whatever savings remains in your repair budget after paying for routine maintenance, leaking faucets, landscaping maintenance, snow removal etc...

Finding a comp that matches in subdivisions with similar models is the best, otherwise your going to need to use your best judgment.

So in order to meet the correct R-value in the walls and roofs you end up studding out the inside of the container to fit your insulation in and hang drywall.
