While discussing terms with buyer the topic of which agent will I be using come up.

Hey everyone,I’ve got a friend who own’s a very large home with a pool, and is trying to find someone who can be her short term rental manager.

However, clarifying the long-term business objectives/strategy is key before finalizing your entity set-up.

I feel the community and benefits would be SO much more accessible with an app!

And then of course, I'll be able to enjoy the benefits of the voucher payment from the Housing Authority. 

I understand that reading is valuable, which is why I'm curious to know which book you would recommend for a beginner like me to start with.I have yet to buy my first property but my goal is to house hack every year,  while buying and renting properties to hold long-term until my portfolio brings more cashflow than my W-2 job.

I’m wanting to know there are specific things I should add into the contract before beginning the work, ie: terms, payments, timeline, etc.

But in terms of cash flow I like this more than an EV charger or renovation.

Many wholesalers fail to understand the long-term value of maintaining strong relationships with buyers.

I would like to go forward with the seller financing route if I am able to get this property under contract for favorable terms for me.
