I suppose an LLC may not be worth the effort at this point.

The closing was supposed to be on Aug 3rd, 2015.

His info supposedly tells you how to do everything.

The new system was supposed to make it much easier to get clear title, but the rumor is there are still hiccups. 

I suppose once you know the person well enough, you will not need that level of communication anymore.The other thing that I looked for was how to exit a partnership if things don't work out.

Though I suppose with an inflated price and thus lesser accounts in the pool they saved you some money on servicing costs while charging you more for the loans.   

A little upset right now so this is a little bit of a rant and (another) warning to investors to do your due diligence on properties before you buy them.Just got the lien search from the seller's title company today on a the property is supposed to close tomorrow.  

Never mind the possibility of an audit. ( Not worried as much about an audit and she didn't go overboard so I don't see any red flags)I wasn't happy when I received my copy but figured that I could easily fix this and amend them to what they are suppose to be and correct everything.

That sounds expensive and I thought they were supposed to be cheap.I looked though the forums and there is great information about what they are but I didn't see anything that explained how to do them.Thank you in advance for the advice.Robin and TJ
