So far we are on track to do so WITHOUT the additional investment and with the only debt being 28k split between a Visa Card and a Business LOC (mostly going to support an aggressive rehab schedule).

My Credit Score is 689 and rising, went through a divorce that caused some issues, but I don't have any more issues paying everything on time.My Current annual income from my Job is right at 50,000.00I am a single mom with a two year old and a five year oldMy living expenses are covered by the child support that I receive, and I live with my parents currently, so I don't have rent, utilities, or ungodly daycare.

Check to make sure theres enough  car parking to support both store fronts, plus the tenants of the apartments (city can limit the types of businesses depending on parking, for instance if theres not a lot of parking they can not permit restaurants).Also find out if the building is in a DDA controlled area.
