Currently I am a college student studying Communication and I hope to be able to one day become a real estate professional.

I have been studying, listening to podcasts, and connecting with mentors throughout the past two years. 

i am in the process of studying for my real estate license.    

It is a degree in Media Studies/ Communications.

so...I also maybe moving to Louisville for a hob depending on how the interviews go.I would say study for the test but are you going to use it while away?

I looked around, studies the many options out there an realized RE is the avenue I trust the most with my money.

I'm studying for the real estate principles final exam at UCLA, and I'm having a hell of a time with the math section.

The exact same people who say new-age politically loaded  terms like "predatory lending" are the exact same people advocating the federal backstopping of  loans to everyone regardless of academic qualification,  or the desired course of study.  

Studying for an agent could be a good thing but do this while you work (even part time is fine). 

I have met a few investors but I am looking to meet with agents as well because I am studying to get my license.
