By asking the right questions to pin point exactly what pain their situation is causing themIs it time?

I have kind put myself in an analysis paralysis situation.

;)In this situation, try to get 1 month break fee or something, maybe $500 whatever and let her out.  

This was before the book came out, but finding the right team members who know the market better than you do, who'll put your interests first and will look out for you is the most important part of your situation.

I myself am a wholesaler in Philly and at company with a larger and we STRESS that this is about relationships.

I was in a very similar situation when I first started and was eager to save for real estate.

Ultimately we are working with other people and you never know the reaction they may have when put in that situation.

In addition, before buying my STR units, I contacted a lot of landlords to try to do the same sublet situation you’re referring to.
