I have had it for over a year now and things are running pretty smooth.

But once I got that figured out...smooth sailing! 

I love the car, the drive is so smooth, the gas mileage is amazing, and if I fold the seats down I can fit a ton of stuff in the back.

If I have phone access when I am gone, then things usually go very smooth.

Those joints require a wider swath of mud to get a smooth joint and even then the joint will be thicker than the field.

The upside is the eviction went very smoothly.

In our experience had we not named the property manager as an additional insured not only would the property manager not have worked as easily with us but would have forced that tenant lawsuit onto us and would have also in turn submitted another lawsuit for damages to their company; would of had two on our hands - in our case it was extremely helpful to have the property manager named as an additional insured and made the process smooth - or at least as smooth as it could be.

Our current process is thru a website called Avail and that has been pretty smooth but the application comes with a $45 fee paid for by the applicant.

Lining will not work because the liner will assume the inside shape of the original pipe, if it's not smooth, your new line will adopt the same shape. 

If you do what is needed to stay on the good side of your bank, renewing the loan at the end of the term will be a smooth formality that your banker will start working on 6 months+ before it is due...if he is a good banker.
