You could give the tenants 2 or 3 color options that match the existing color scheme and let them make the final choice so they feel like they have a voice in the process.

No Nick, I meant my broker let alone any broker never took the time to tell me I can wholesale properties and make 100% of the check.Only someone very slow minded will not know someone is taking half their check… Silly to try and make it seem like that’s what I was saying when I’m sure your a smart man.
