On Mon morning, I sent her an email letting her know what our summary of the move out inspection was, some of the things that were said and agreed upon, and reminded her of the carpet cleaning.

I am about to close on a SFR in Cape Coral and I am not impressed with the contract that the PM sent me.  

@Chuck Drinnan another thing you can try is talk to the neighbors (not sure where the house) and offer a finders fee sorta speak if they send someone your way that ends up renting the place. ive done it where i offered $150 and sure enough they sent people over not all qualified but still got momentum going again.  

This was sent certified and I kept all the info.
