There's so much demand, but little availability of properties to sell. 

Right now, nearly all of the purchase contracts we see have some type of seller concession on them to incentivize a buyer to choose that home.

Initiation of these loans can also take a bit longer than normal, which could hurt your chances of closing if the seller grows impatient.
