Use a professional photographer to take good pics. 

I get in the office around 9:30 after catching up on the news and scanning through my email.  

The 12 took most of the day and I walked each unit with him taking pics and meeting tenants.

Thank you, the easement is to a C3 zoned corner lot .48 acres for variable width drainage and electrical; in the lot just next to it there is a retail center with parking in easement (shown in pic below); 'd like to build a 7000 sqft retail center in 20,950 sqft lot; i'll check with city, 7k is already too tight for a 21k sqft lot, if parking is also not permitted in easements i don't think its possible to build, trying to get second opinion...

Then I'll get updated pics and post.  

Either way, the companies scan and scrape data from those sites looking for license numbers.

After I approached cleaner the cleaners send me after cleaning pics but not sure when those pics were taken!

For now the technicals rec on shorting Nasdaq 100 are in pic.

Not sure if you're in an HOA or if you need permits but a pergola with lights would be great for pics and for guests.
