I was wondering what other investors do to round out the end of a rehab to make sure they have a good end product.

Obviously, I do not have $250K liquid cash to put down on a deal - so I am starting the process of figuring out what its going to take to round up that kind of money. 

Sometimes crazy people can't be convinced and they think they can get away with it.

The rehab part came a lot over budget but I was able to get away with keeping it at around 75%. 

I am about to cancel my Home Warranty (Choice) since is seems the big ticket items are never covered.

CAPEX are capital expenditures ie big ticket items. roofs,floors, HVAC, etc.

I am just starting in investing and I am looking for relatively safe ways to grow my asset column while I learn my way into real estate.I have a friend who buys season tickets to his local teams games and sells most if not all of them.
