Once a tenant moved all her dad's stuff into the garage but we took care of that quickly.We did have to make sure to be respectful of our noise levels especially during morning or evening hours.

This is also very dependent on whether the tenants of that rental are respectable and keep it clean, as well as, the landlord making sure he is staying up on this property and keeping it clean.

If they aren't respectful, then I will have to get rid of them, and I can't imagine this being an easy process, because I would live with them.
