Once a tenant moved all her dad's stuff into the garage but we took care of that quickly.We did have to make sure to be respectful of our noise levels especially during morning or evening hours.

Good people will respect your privacy and most people will not bother you.

This is also very dependent on whether the tenants of that rental are respectable and keep it clean, as well as, the landlord making sure he is staying up on this property and keeping it clean.

I will say this my eastern neighbor is KFC, just east of KFC is BK and McD respectively.
