Question:Now that the auction sale has occurred, is it possible for the holder of the junior deed of trust to sell / assign / grant the junior deed of trust so the redemption rights can be exercised to purchase the property?

Looking for any guidance on ways to get info on pre foreclosure, foreclosed, and short sale properties.

Should I fire my realtors for this particular sale?

@Andrew Postell hit the nail on the head when it comes to lending and sales.

Keep in mind if you have a mortgage on it, the loan might be called because of the Due on sale clause. 

On the HUD site there are 1,128 Sheriffs Sales, 1,392 Foreclosures, 89,031 Bankruptcies and 222,031 Tax Liens with a map and the amount in each County.
