I'm 24 years young and I've never been scared of anything ever until life happens that's when fear kicks in but I'm trying my hardest to overcome.

I fear this suggestion.  

Fear is pretty typical so you will have to use it in a positive way or just deal with it.  

The best plan is to learn real estate before trying to learn how to deal in real estate, develop a good BS Meter first, then when you know what is up, you can read marketing and strategy hype without fear.

That will motivate you when times get hard or when you want to give up cause fear is blocking your view of your success cause it will. 

Don't let him inject fear into you to provoke irrational action.

*The fear is a bank may not appraise the property for the offer being made.I'm a first time seller, so I have mixed feelings about this.  

My fear is to be 50, 60, 70 years old talking about all the properties I use to own.  

I am also fearful it would turn into a full time gig haha.

She is fearful of her life and wants to move far away quickly.
