You should not believe what you may have heard about apartment complexes requiring any prior experience in real estate investors running apartment complexes.. 

This is prior to taxes.

We are fairly new to the game and have only done regular wholesale deals prior to this, so I am needing some help.

I typically try not to stress myself out about the HELOC turning into a loan after 10 years because anytime prior to the 10 year due date you can refinance the HELOC and that basically starts you over on your 10 year draw period.

I’m not sure how foreclosures are handled in Florida, but, if a legal notice has to be filed prior to the foreclosure  sale date, that is your lead source.

It's my way of managing the overhead prior to every new investment.

In my case, I had a 'pre 1985' policy which falls under different funding limits, allowing more cash to be put in than current plans.

So we are ridding it of fleas and smells prior to listing it.

If MO has a 12 month redemption I’m guessing the bank wouldn’t be selling it prior to the 12 months.....not with title insurance anyway.  

Buyer can get funds for purchase and for renovation prior to closing.
