If you do like your job, then I'd look into syndication or note investing as you realistically don't have that much time to dedicate to doing anything active.I have made the conscious decision to focus less on upward mobility at my company so that I can dedicate my time and energies to building cash flow so that I can live the life that I want.

Investors typically take more time and dedication and some realtors just may not have the capacity to handle the work load and still diligently work their schedule while giving you the best service that you deserve.

In fact, if your situation (at age 24) is due to your own actions, dedicated savings, savvy investing, and wealth-building knowledge, you probably should be giving us advice lol.That said, if you are still interested in REI, find a reasonably-priced property that you can afford to make some mistakes on, and BRRRR it.Best of luck though!!
