Do you find someone on places like craigslist to get "boots on the ground" to look at the property and assess any damage?

I've done this with my properties because I'm well known in my small town and don't want people to know what I own.LEGAL PROTECTION: By placing your assets in an LLC, you are legally separating them from your personal assets.

Again, i might be wrong but I've done my fair share of transactions across dozens of states (NY included) and a seller concession has always been interpreted as a seller's contribution to the buyers closing costs or principal purchase amount. 

Hey @Sejin Kim calling out to @Shawn McCormick who knows a ton about that area.From what I understand, a place like that is a loser when it comes to making any kind of profit.

You could also check some local cabinet places.

Use $100K to fix these places up nice and do what you want with the rest.
