Then, craft you creative message to appeal to that prospect at the expense of the others and then match the media which you use to reach them with the best message compatible with that media. 

I would be interested to see how far up the chain of appeals that actually made it, as my mode of attack as a Consumer Protection attorney would be to move for summary judgment since the company isn't appearing by appropriate agent for court process. 

But your point about the curb appeal is well taken and we are now considering replacing the garage door (thanks for the link!).

This allows you to appeal to life event travel, sports teams, organizations, business travel, and then vacation rental normal crowds.

I know with just the little bit of reading and information I've gathered that the "BRRRR" strategy really appeals to me.I look forward to learning a lot from this community!

It is close to a couple small Universities and decent retail/food areas, so I could see it appealing to many different tenant types.
