I'm in the West Palm Beach area.

It used to be possible to get insurance in some lava zone 2 areas, like Hawaiian beaches/shores, nanawale estates, pahoa etc.

Pete area is close to downtown and also close to the beaches, so the quality of life is excellent here.

Even though I am finishing up college at Cal State Long Beach, I know for a fact that real estate is what I want to do for the rest of my life.

For example, a beach house that the owner will occupy for a month in the coming summer and rent out the rest of the year is owner occupied and is not governed by this special rule.

This one is located in the Myrtle Beach MSA, and one of our boots on the ground, who was born and raised in the area, specializes in sourcing residential and commercial deals directly from sellers or banks.

Not being from the area, I've loved living near the beach and  really would like to continue doing so.
