They were called 'Colony American Finance' and have a good reputation and much quicker turn around times usually 7-10 days and I was told that they'd be able to accomodate quicker turnaround times.

Chris, try other insurance companies, especially ones  geared more toward landlords, like possibly Foremost or American Modern. 

But they seem pretty solid for the turnkey space.I'm looking for REI opportunities for a non-American friend with a BVI company, that doesn't want to touch US real estate for tax purposes, he's gonna invest via said BVI entity.
