Although the paint looked great in the unit I ended up painting EVERYTHING with Kilz oil based paint.

What is the relationship between local housing and the price/profitability of oil?

We plan on adding elctric heat in leu of the oil heat it has. 

Hey Everyone,   We are closing on property in the Oliver/Superior area across from Duluth and looking for potential property management companies.

In my opinion, unless you have very, very strong rental demand (like out in the North Dakota oil fields), an average unit at market rent is going to take longer to fill and/or require more work to fill.

I have seen bank-owned property that disclosed info regarding the septic or an oil tank removal, that kind of thing.I believe the garage and 3 vs. 4-bedroom scenario could be handled fairly easily.

Oil and Gas are going to make some new deals here.

Not only is it an amazing resource it has a positive flow and gives warnings about GURU's and snake oil salesmen.
