You can deliver the space 'vanilla ready' to the leasing agents to fill, or wait for a perspective tenant and share in the expense of build-out of the space to accommodate the needs of the tenant.

I helped an investor by loaning him my staging furniture, helping deliver it, setting it up and taking better photos of the property for him.

Now, you do have a problem, since it was Not delivered in the same condition, not sure of the extent, but I’d at least top it off now.

Most likely a 30 day hand delivered notice is required.

So it became a purchase based on price as the service seemed to be the same no matter what they promised.Not crapping on the industry, we still use it to handle after hour calls and emergency lines and they can deliver the messages to our staff that need the data.  

They tie up properties and often fail to deliver. 

It is not logistically profitable for Amazon to mass ship and deliver in those far out communities that take a long time to go from house to house. ( Think delivering  10 houses in a subdivision versus a house on one mountain and then another house 10 miles away in a rural area.) 

I most recently had one delivered last Friday, and set on Monday.
