They will recommend only good people to me when I ask and they will have their finger on the pulse of availability/progress and also get the word out that I am a good person to work for.If I were you I would look around your house/units and see all the household/tool/etc. things you may need or want and then I would go down to Kovarik True Value Hardware (just did a search), introduce yourself, ask to open an account, buy some items and explain your needs...

I once chipped a tub dropping a tiling tool from about 3' because I used the cardboard to try to protect it and didn't tape up moving blankets. :( But I still like it more than fiberglass.

You have to determine whether a refinance makes sense to you based on how much you can pull out, the reduction in the interest rate and the fees associates with it.Refinances(especially an FHA Loan) are not cheap and a $50,000 increase in value may potentially not justify a refinance.You may want to see if you can do a HELOC instead as it will likely be cheaper.You should take advantage of the Homestead benefits since you live in the property.
