A new interior AC unit with return air register, plus new duct work and vents, plus a lot of painting.

I need help to tear down and build a new deck and move some interior walls.

My reasons for not having a rental in INTERIOR ALASKA still hold.

Would be looking to rent it out and my thought would be to improve the interior and not mess with the exterior unless it became a problem in the future.  

The project will involve laying new flooring, minor layout reconfiguration, full interior and exterior painting, a bathroom remodel and some minor electrical work (i.e. installing fans, vent hood, replacing outlets, etc).Any references are appreciated!

I am looking for a reliable interior/exterior painter in the Akron/Canton area with reasonable prices. 

It is comprised of 6 brick buildings with 4 units in each building.      5 buildings are boarded up and in the need of significant repair including electric, plumbing, mechanicals,   drywall, kitchens, windows, bathrooms, and all interior cosmetic repairs.  

My company does quite a bit of work on the Oregon coast, but we are a little further south (I, of course, would be more than happy to talk to you about interior finish products that we can deliver - but have one of your more local contractors install - ie. flooring, tile and cabinets -being the good sales woman that I am  :)  .  

However, he installs new 30 year architectural shingles, Stainless appliances, hardwood and tile floors, newly painted interior and exteriors, and more.If you are going to own a property on a street of mostly rental homes, I'd suggest that you stand out from the crowd.
