Ideally if i get a lump sum and can invest this and grow it.... but you need the liquidity should you need it.

I hadn't had a chance to develop a relationship with a local back since I moved to Wichita almost a year ago so I'm working to grow with one to improve this process in the future..

Keep working with individual investors, one of them may grow to be full time or if you are buying properties that meet the criteria of a big group and they see your name again and again they may reach out to you.
