In my business, I list the property owner the same way they are listed on the deed, then I name my PM company as the agent for that owner.Keeping your name off the lease doesn't protect you from any liability.

Opting for a lower rental price would mean a yearly loss of about $6k-$8k, which oddly seems more appealing than continuing with Airbnb.I'm now listed the property.

You might also see if any of the vacancy's are currently listed and how good their marketing is. 

My husband and I are spec home builders and I list all of our properties myself on the MLS.
