Any one has any experience with the HUD-VASH program in the Bay Area?

Home depot has a lending program for rehabs...they had one program that didn't require a payment for 6 months.

If you are using a different program in microsoft word you can save documents as a PDF 

I'm currently involved in programs like freedom mentor by Phil Pustejovsky and some rich dad poor dad content.

To be specific, one I am looking at is with Lima One, their new RENTAL30 program.  

On educated guess, they did not inspect each and every building and built a list, they might pull the data on certain types of buildings, but the list might not be released to the public.This is good news for me as I do foundation work, too bad for owners who need to spend money to do it, I'm sure there will be a program from the city/state that will help aid the expenses again.

I know a good group of investors that have gone through their program.  

Their program sounds pretty good but I too would like to know if anyone has had any experience with the company.
