Anything outside of the beach zone which has been designated for vacation rentals is going to be challenging regulation wise & neighbor wise. 

Hello everyone,I’m a 18 year old electrical apprentice and I’m looking to do a full dive into real estate investing.I am in the union and earning base wage, parking, vacation pay, pension and full benefits are covered.I am saving about 400/w in a high interest savings account right now which is 60% of my pay, I am going to get guaranteed $5/h raises every year for the next 5 years.

I'm getting good results for our clients with postcards and some paid ads, but I'm looking at implementing cold email and cold calling as well.Any good companies to buy lists from?

This will be tough to run from far away.

To date they have paid out monthly like clockwork. 

I'm trying to do some renovations on a property to get it ready for an STR.   

We know several people interested and could make a deal without having to go through agents to save 6% on fees.

You aren't going to get any of that information in advance of making an offer, outside of what they are providing which is usually a little slim.
