After having my attention caught by none other than, you guessed it, rich dad poor dad, I made my way through Phil  Pustejovskys YouTube video series, Matt Theriault's EPIC real estate investing podcast, and finally stumbled upon BIGGER POCKETS!

I just have to work with partners, rehabbers, and managers, because it cannot be my full-time job.Don't really have an axe to grind here, just some food for thought.
