I think that's one of the best things about BP with it's ability to connect millions of people online - within the same marketplace and worldwide.

Problem is I don't have 20 million. 

If you buy a place for a million you are going to put down 100-200k.

It's not just BofA, Wells and JP Morgan getting big fines, I saw a smaller lender on the origination side just got hit with a $120 million fine and owner was personally hit with a $1 million civil suit (of course this was a originator not a note investor).  

I was reading a post on here by someone with no construction experience whatsoever thinking they could buy a $2.2M lot on which they could build 5 each $1.5 Million dollar houses and end up with $500K profit plus have one of the houses free and clear to own and live in.

If you get caught doing it, you will go to jail for the rest of your life and have to pay millions in fines.  

Zell on a multi-million dollar deal, but that isn't the case.  

I wanted some info and advice on the fund, my position and due diligence.The opportunity is for investment in a large MHP fund with 100 million max offering.
