Hi AllI wanted some advice for tge Best resource for path to becoming a real estate agent in CALIFORNIA.There are tons of online courses and I am unable to see much difference in them.

I'm thinking that maybe the house shifted a bit as part of the move and that there are no real issues with the house.I'm trying to get a contractor to check out the property and let us know if there are any significant issues they can see, but from my understanding, even getting structural engineers to check out the property would require significant time and resources to perform a full evaluation.

I'm wondering if anyone has used the HomeSmart Service from Xcel Energy.

@Jade Florez, thank you for your response.When evaluating a property based on price, I’ll be sure to not use BCAD as a resource to calculate purchase/sell price on a property.

I had a few questions pertaining to these documents:Are these a good resource to use for my local areas of interest or should I rely on another source of information?

As I look at the numbers, I don't know if I should take time/energy to renovate it or sell it and move on.
