Good concept but the concern that some people had is that they do not let you finance properties, you have to buy all cash and they strongly encourage you NOT to get an appraisal......Guess why?

As I get more comfortable with real estate and I buy more properties I'll probably leverage up (especially if we get a meaningful recession) and eventually reduce the leverage when I want the cash flow for retirement.
