A partner need some quick cash and his wanting out of the partnership put other partners in dire positions where they have to scrap the entire deal, or get money from somewhere to buy out their partner.A partnership can be exactly the same and just as bad as any marriage or personal relationship can possibly be.Think about how difficult it is to get people to get vaccinated for COVID and listed to the anti-vaxxers' crazy reasoning.

I figured it made sense for me to work a market virtually w/ this system considering California's market "appreciation" in it's current state and how difficult it seemed to find any deals.

A lot of people who sell as a portfolio use it as a way of offloading some homes that would be very difficult to sell individually with others that are more desirable, so they're not left with the trash after the good stuff has been picked clean.

@Yvonne H.This has gone on for awhile now and may be difficult to get her to comply, but it is time to enforce your lease, you have the rules in place.

With approved plans it should not be that difficult.

But in the meantime I've shown it to a couple of investors and agents I know, and I have not gotten a warm response because of the condition it is in so I'm concerned that it may be difficult to move. 

Maybe you found something difficult to navigate, and now you know a better way?
