I marvel at sites like YellowLetters.com and ListSource.com and how they've met a very specific need in the REI world.  

I have multiple tenants sending me the rent so my bank put their name on the description which make its it easy to recognize.

I loved the description of the amount of work and the personal time spent creating your portfolio.

Universities fit that description and they'll have to show society a better value proposition before they can keep raising prices at the current rate.

As you recall I had been trying to purchase properties from your company as part of my 1031 exchange and it did not work due to communication issues but some of the descriptions of property issues make me wonder if the transition is causing some quality issues.

I don't know if these are A properties because I am new to that framework and as I read the descriptions I'm on the fence.Anyway,  we always put in SS appliances if the appliances are old,  stone countertop,  paint or replace cabinets,  tile bathrooms if the insert is gross,  etc.  

Please keep in mind those are 2-3 sentence descriptions of very complicated and new tax rules, so don't go off half-cocked and try to implement them without getting some real advice from a tax pro.

If they let the tank run dry, it can cause significant damage to the heating system because the dried up oil gunks everything up for lack of a better description. 

Establish a network of sophisticated investors that you can assign your P&S agreements to by networking with people in your area.Exactly but that's were the wholesaling gurus or what the wholesaling gurus teach.. these folks will put up a website and show the house and description etc etc.. and at least in Oregon that's a no no..
